Julie, known as Eksya, can be hard to track down a consistent description of. Unlike most other gods, her appearance in stories seems to vary wildly — a kindly old woman, a handsome prince, a barefooted little girl with shining eyes and a wide grin. Sometimes she is said to wear the face of lost loved ones. Other tales say she takes the form of a small, pink fox, chattering with laughter as she guides those who call her on her way. Very rarely, one might encounter a story of a beautiful woman with long pink hair, her skin glowing from within, her freckles like glitter scattered across her face and arms.
The truth is that she is all and none of them.
As the Patron of the Forgotten, she has the ability to change appearance at will. Whoever it is that the caller most needs, she will appear as; their mind and heart determine how they see her. She may be the vision of what they wish to become, or she may be the person they want to leave behind. Most who meet her will never see her true appearance. When she cannot be any one single person, or when she finds those who are lost but don't know it, she is a pink fox, ever wily and quick, playfully leaping ahead of her charges.
Only those she chooses to reveal herself to will see her true form. Over the many centuries, she has not actually taken many permanent changes to her real appearance — she sees little point to such action when she can simply alter herself with a thought. Her hair, still bubblegum pink, is long now, hanging far down her back when it isn't braided or pinned into a bun studded with flowers and crystals. Her skin has a subtle, ethereal glow, one that never seems to dull or dim. Her freckles, earned as a child in the Kansas sun, have become like glittering shards of diamonds laid in her skin, leaving the impression that her very body sparkles in the light. Converse to everything, her top canine teeth are small, curved fangs like a snake's, capable of injecting a paralyzing venom.
Her accent, once stubbornly thick, has faded over the years to a softer, sweet hint of a twang.

As Eksya, Patron of the Forgotten, Julie tends to those who find themselves floundering, unsure of their identity, drowning in loneliness. Those who follow her are often survivors of tragedy: orphans, widows, refugees. They may feel as if they don't fit in, like they can't be their true selves amongst others. Many have been cut off from those they loved, through death or abuse. They seek acceptance and healing, and often a fresh start entirely.
But her favor can be mercurial. Those who trespass against her may soon find themselves being slowly erased from the hearts and minds of others — friends and jobs lost, connections broken. Eksya doesn't demand much from those beseeching her, but she is known to be picky and flighty. Acceptable offerings tend toward the shiny and sparkling, with jewelry and gold generally well-received. Her association with the color pink is so strong that some believe either the offering or altar itself must be adorned in the hue before she will consider it. Fittingly, many altars devoted to her are decorated in either colorful flowers or crystals.
Eksya tends engage only with those who seek her out, but she will occasionally take it upon herself to approach those whose loneliness is particularly strong, almost always in fox form. When she does, her messages to them come via spectral butterflies that land on their shoulders and whisper her offer to help.

To mortals, Eksya is considered a somewhat distant goddess, less active and engaged than many of the other gods. Prayers to her often go unanswered; her attention is generally reserved for those who are in true pain. She has little patience for those who seek her out only in hopes of gaining power or wealth through new personas or removal of their earned bad reputations, though such requests are fairly commonplace. Her favor is generally only bestowed on those that she sees as genuinely in need. Finding the right offering can greatly boost the chances she'll be willing to listen, and she's known to have expensive tastes. There are, however, examples of an underlying generosity, especially in the cases of orphans, from whom she is known to accept a single piece of candy, colorful sea glass, or even simple hand drawings.
Over time, her personality has grown softer, particularly after she lost the painful memories of her original home world. The fear and anger and agony of living through the death of every person she ever knew — as well as her own death — has faded, as have many of her other recollections. Now, Earth is a faint ghost in the back of her mind, only lingering in the echoes of songs she can only vaguely remember the words to. While there is still the edge of a sharp tongue and a fiery temperament, it has become easier for her to restrain her emotions. On the rare occasions she is greatly upset, the weather in the surrounding area can quickly become unstable to the point of hazard even for the other gods.
Her preference is to remain primarily in places that humans cannot reach — the Horizon, the Godlands, the Feywilds. Her relationship with the Fey is particularly strong amongst the gods, as many remember her from her initial visit, when she felt at home with them, and she has taken the initiative over the years to learn their strange, chattering language. Outside of the Horizon, she is most often found very near the Singularity itself, forever drawn to it by something deep within her soul. It's not uncommon to find her lounging in the crater at the Singularity's base or curled up in the open curve near the top; the base is frequently surrounded by flowers that climb upward and butterflies that flutter around the area before moving out into the greater forest.

BLESSING: TABULA RASA
Can be used to erase negative impressions or trauma; to bestow a clean or fresh start; to grant multiple personas or appearances
AFFLICTION: DESOLATION
Can be used to invoke solitude and isolation; to beget invisibility in a crowd; can cause people to be forgotten by friends or loved ones
PHYSICAL CHANGES: HAIR, BLOOD, FANGS
Various physical changes by the Singularity over her time in Abraxas as a Summoned: her hair grows naturally bubblegum pink, her blood is filled with glitter, and she has a pair of curved fangs similar to a snake's, which are capable of injecting a paralytic venom (also full of glitter) that can kill humans and cause damage to other gods.
POWER: DOKSA
Can summon a protective snake at will. In its non-combative form, the snake is an opalescent pink, tame, and will dissipate into a cloud of butterflies when dismissed. In attack form, the snake is a dark, vicious viper with venom capable of at least stunning an equally strong god.
POWER: MYRSKYAA
Initially developed as a magical specialty during her mortal life, she is capable of creating and controlling violent, dangerous storms. Her lightning strikes are particularly strong, and one strike to the ground can devastate the entire surrounding area in a half-mile radius.
POWER: NIANLI
Julie's first gift from the Singularity was an invisible "phantom hand"; in essence, a fully functioning third arm with extensive reach. Over time, this has grown to become a more comprehensive telekinetic ability, including levitation of herself as a secondary means of movement.
POWER: MAUKAS
Somewhere between a skill and a true power is maukas. Before her ascension, Julie made a decision that she would learn to bake — and she did (eventually). Now, her creations are always stunning and absolutely delicious... for other gods. On the rare occasions she deigns to leave a treat for a mortal who has called on her, they are capable of providing a single instance of auspicious fortune. The eater might win a raffle, or maybe they will find an object they have been searching for. These events are minor and random, easily ascribed to luck alone, but then again, Eksya's arcana, the Wheel of Fortune, is known to be the luckiest of them all.
Julie's domain consists of endless meadows of wildflowers, from which rises a large, convoluted manor house. In this place, the flowers are endlessly in bloom. The sky above is always a perfect baby blue, the clouds puffy and picturesque as they lazily float by. At night, it turns an inky purple-black, with an entire galaxy's worth of stars visible above. In the fields, areas to sit are scattered at random, sometimes almost hidden in the blooms. Trees shade meandering paths that go nowhere in particular, meant to just enjoy a walk along. At one edge of the space, the grass and flowers give way to sand and a seaside with waves steadily roaring in the background. Not far from her house is the telltale smooth stone of the Singularity, breaking through the surrounding prairie blooms to tower above the whole scene.
The architecture of the house is a kaleidoscopic range of styles, seemingly added at random as the ideas arose. The interior is not unlike that of the loft in her first domain, all those years ago — the rooms are in shades of gem tones, large and sprawling, filled with trinkets. But now, the fantastical is much more prevalent; rooms have views of all sorts of different landscapes, ceilings open to the skies above, and some parts have been intentionally overgrown with even more flowers.
Her tiny pets still run around at their leisure, and while Steven remains in an incorporeal sense, the remainder of her Horizon companions have faded away over the years.

THE SINGULARITY
Julie's connection to and relationship with the Singularity is unique even amongst the other gods. She was the first Summoned who learned to communicate with it, spending nearly a year as the sole person capable of actually understanding its "language" to any degree. This didn't come without its own cost; she bound her psyche to it in an effort to channel psychic searches for the other Summoned when they were kidnapped in her second year. Almost a thousand years later, it is still her closest confidante, and because she has had its emotional presence permanently embedded in her consciousness, she maintains an almost constant dialogue with it. They "speak" to each other via emotional impulse.
